LMM Atelier Fundraising Policy

Partnership Approval
All fundraising requests are reviewed individually.
Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance.
LMM Atelier reserves the right to approve, decline, postpone, or discontinue any fundraising project at its sole discretion based on brand alignment, production capacity, scheduling, documentation, product availability, project feasibility, or any other business consideration.
No explanation is required for declined requests.
Required Information
Fundraising inquiries must include:
- Organization or individual name
- Contact information
- Fundraising purpose
- Requested products
- Estimated quantities
- Desired timeline
- Intended sales method
Additional information may be requested before approval.
Payment
Approved projects may require a deposit or full payment before production begins.
Payments are non-refundable once design work, sourcing, scheduling, or production has begun, regardless of whether the project is completed.
Production
Production timelines are estimates and may change due to artwork approvals, inventory availability, supplier delays, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Taxes
Tax-exempt organizations must provide valid documentation before an order is invoiced.
Sales tax cannot be removed or refunded after processing.
Final Sale
Custom and fundraising merchandise is produced specifically for each client.
Unless a manufacturing error occurs, all sales are final.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Fundraising Responsibility
LMM Atelier provides creative design and product production only.
We do not:
- collect donations
- distribute proceeds
- administer fundraising campaigns
- provide legal, accounting, or tax advice
Organizations remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable fundraising laws and regulations.
Policy Updates
LMM Atelier reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
Creative Direction
LMM Atelier retains final approval over all artwork, product selections, branding elements, and production methods to ensure consistency with the House’s quality standards.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original artwork, layouts, mockups, product concepts, and creative assets developed by LMM Atelier remain the intellectual property of LMM Atelier.
Right to Decline
LMM Atelier reserves the right to decline or discontinue any project that conflicts with our values, quality standards, legal obligations, production capacity, or business objectives.
Marketing
Unless otherwise requested in writing, LMM Atelier may photograph completed products for portfolio, website, and promotional use.
Project Changes, Suspension & Cancellation
LMM Atelier reserves the right to suspend, decline, or cancel any fundraising project at any stage of the process.
If a project is canceled by either the client or LMM Atelier after payment has been received or work has commenced, all payments made are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, consultation, design services, administrative time, materials, product sourcing, production scheduling, and work already completed.
Any modifications requested after final approval may be subject to additional fees, revised timelines, or may require a new approval process.
Force Majeure
LMM Atelier is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, shipping disruptions, equipment failures, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
