How Purchasing Works
During social live events, items are sold on a first-checkout basis. A purchase link is provided when each item is shown. Items are not reserved through comments, messages, or carts.
Multiple purchases may be combined for shipping, with overages refunded after fulfillment.
On Whatnot, all bids and purchases are final and processed automatically through the platform.
Due to limited production, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Customers are responsible for reviewing details, sizing, and measurements during the live presentation before purchasing.

Due to the limited nature of many LMM Atelier Live pieces, cancellations cannot be accommodated once checkout has been completed unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Customers who repeatedly attempt to reserve items without completing checkout may be restricted from future live purchasing through social media live events. Those customers may still shop through the website or through Whatnot, where purchases are processed automatically.
