At LMM Atelier, we partner with select retailers who appreciate craftsmanship, limited production, and intentional design. Our collections are created for spaces that value distinction over volume, offering thoughtfully curated apparel, accessories, reworked pieces, handcrafted objects, and limited-edition collections that cannot be found everywhere.

This is not mass production.

This is placement with purpose.

Who We Partner With

We welcome partnership inquiries from approved businesses, including:

  • Boutiques
  • Concept stores
  • Museum and gallery shops
  • Gift and lifestyle retailers
  • Specialty retail spaces
  • Interior design and home décor retailers
  • Select online retailers

Because every retail environment is different, all applications are individually reviewed.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

Our Collections

Retail partners may purchase from a curated selection of:

  • Apparel and accessories
  • Reworked and reconstructed garments
  • Handmade woodwork and engraved objects
  • Home and lifestyle goods
  • Limited-edition collections
  • Small-batch production
  • One-of-one pieces

Many products are intentionally produced in limited quantities and may never be reproduced. Natural variations in handcrafted and curated goods are part of their character and are not considered defects.

Becoming a Retail Partner

Trade accounts are available only to verified businesses.

To be considered, applicants may be required to provide:

  • Business name
  • Contact information
  • Business website or social media
  • Valid resale certificate or sales tax permit (where applicable)
  • Any additional information requested during review

LMM Atelier reserves the right to verify documentation before granting trade pricing or account access.

Orders & Payment

Trade pricing, order minimums, and purchasing requirements are established solely by LMM Atelier and may be modified at any time without prior notice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payment in full is required before production or shipment.
  • Orders are not processed until payment has been received.
  • Net payment terms are not offered.

Brand Presentation

Retail partners agree to present LMM Atelier products in a manner consistent with the quality and reputation of the House.

Partners agree not to:

  • Misrepresent the origin of any product.
  • Market products as mass-produced.
  • Alter, remove, or misuse LMM Atelier branding.
  • Present products in a manner that materially damages the reputation or perceived value of the brand.

Suggested retail pricing may be provided to help maintain consistent brand positioning.

Shipping & Production

Production and delivery estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

LMM Atelier is not responsible for delays resulting from supplier availability, shipping carriers, weather, customs, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns & Claims

Because products are curated, handcrafted, or produced specifically for retail partners, all trade orders are considered final sale.

Claims for incorrect or defective merchandise must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved claims will be resolved at the sole discretion of LMM Atelier.

Changes & Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed, payment has been received, or production has begun, all payments are final and non-refundable.

LMM Atelier reserves the right to suspend, modify, decline, or cancel any order, project, or retail partnership at its sole discretion.

If an order or partnership is canceled by either the retailer or LMM Atelier after work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for payments already received, including consultation, design work, sourcing, production scheduling, materials, labor, or completed work.

Approved order changes may result in additional fees, revised timelines, or both.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, photography, graphics, mockups, product concepts, designs, and creative assets remain the exclusive property of LMM Atelier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Retail partners may use approved marketing assets solely for the promotion and sale of authentic LMM Atelier products.

Partnership Standards

Retail partnerships are established by invitation and approval and remain subject to ongoing review.

LMM Atelier reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Approve or decline any application.
  • Limit product availability.
  • Modify pricing, purchasing requirements, or order minimums.
  • Refuse or cancel any order.
  • Suspend or terminate any retail partnership or trade account at any time, with or without notice, and without obligation to provide a reason.

Limitation of Liability

LMM Atelier’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected merchandise.

Under no circumstances shall LMM Atelier be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from any retail partnership, order, or use of our products.

Policy Updates

LMM Atelier reserves the right to modify these Trade & Retail Partnership Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued purchasing or participation in the Trade Program constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
