Thank you for shopping with LMM Atelier. Many of our products are handmade, one-of-a-kind, curated, vintage, thrifted, repurposed, or produced in limited quantities. Please review this policy before placing your order.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping & Final Sale Policy.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed in the order received.
  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, custom work, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Processing time does not include shipping or carrier transit time.

2. Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

LMM Atelier is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Carrier Delays & Lost Packages

LMM Atelier is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery interruptions, or service failures caused by the shipping carrier, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must contact the shipping carrier to initiate any available investigation or claim.

5. Final Sale

All sales are final.

Except as required by applicable law or as provided below, we do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Exchanges
  • Cancellations
  • Store credit

Please review product descriptions, measurements, photographs, and details carefully before completing your purchase.

6. Product Condition

Many LMM Atelier products are:

  • Handmade
  • One-of-a-kind
  • Vintage
  • Curated
  • Thrifted
  • Repurposed
  • Reworked

Natural variations, minor signs of age, fabric characteristics, wood grain, texture, finish, stitching, and similar features are part of the character of these products and are not considered defects.

Material defects known at the time of listing will be disclosed whenever reasonably possible.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive:

  • The wrong item, or
  • An item materially damaged during shipment,

you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Do not return any item without written authorization.

If we determine that the error was ours, we will provide instructions for resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit, at our sole discretion and as permitted by applicable law.

8. Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior written authorization may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

9. Live Sales

Purchases made through Shopify, Whatnot, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook, or any other authorized live selling platform are subject to this Policy.

All live sale purchases are final.

Customers are responsible for placing bids and completing purchases carefully.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order and restriction or removal from future sales at LMM Atelier’s discretion.

10. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and commissioned products are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once production has begun unless otherwise required by law.

Customers are responsible for approving all names, dates, spellings, artwork, sizing, and customization details before production.

11. Digital Products

All digital downloads, digital files, patterns, templates, and other electronic products are final sale.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are available once access or delivery has been provided.

12. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim a shipment may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

13. Policy Changes

LMM Atelier reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted.
